Our Women’s Only Program is designed for women and girls aged 13 and above with the mission to empower through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The program is led by our highly skilled female coach, Allison Tan, who has been training in BJJ since before 2015. With more than 10 years of experience and competition success under her belt, Allison brings knowledge, encouragement and a vision to build a team of strong and confident females.
In these classes, members work on improving fitness, supporting weight loss goals, building confidence, gaining self defense skills and developing mental resilience, all while becoming part of a positive community.
We also take inclusivity seriously. Our classes are especially welcoming to women and teenage girls in our local Muslim community. Training is held in our private upstairs studio where members can feel comfortable to let their hair out and enjoy a great sweat session while learning such a beautiful martial art.
